What: Camp Ho Mita Koda 2 will provide teens with the tools they need to prevent and manage diabetes more effectively on a day-to-day basis through fun, educational sessions, group activities and recreation. Campers will participate in a wide variety of activities including swimming, hiking, stability ball, archery and basketball. Campers will learn how nutrition, exercise, medications and blood glucose monitoring can help them lead healthier lives.

Where: Camp Ho Mita Koda, 14040 Auburn Road, Newbury, Ohio 44065 (25 miles east of Cleveland)
Cost: $300.00. Camperships (financial assistance) are available. No child will miss the opportunity to attend camp based on the inability to pay.
