2010 Camp Staff and Volunteer Positions

Administrative:
- Head Counselor
- Waterfront Manager - Position filled.
Counseling and Program Staff: (Must be at least 18 years of age)

CIT and CIT/Lifeguard: (CIT positions are unpaid positions)

- Counselor-in-Training I (Must be at least 16 years of age by June 10, 2010)

Medical:
- Camp Nurse, RN Must have current licensure in the State of Ohio
- Camp Nurse, LPN Must have current licensure in the State of Ohio
- Student Nurse Must be enrolled in accredited nursing program (unpaid position)
- Medical Volunteer Must have current RD, RN, LPN, MD, or DO licensure in the State of Ohio (unpaid position)
Kitchen: Position descriptions will be posted soon.

2010 Camp Ho Mita Koda Staff and Volunteer Application Process for new staff (individuals who were not on Camp’s payroll in 2009):
- Complete a 2010 Camp Staff & Volunteer Application.
- Attach 2 completed Camp HMK Professional Reference Forms to your application (in sealed, signed envelopes).
- Complete and sign the 2010 Voluntary Disclosure Form.
- Read the Background Screening Instructions and schedule your appointment. Results must be on file at Camp no later than June 4, 2010.
- Download the 2010 Medical Recommendation for Camp Employee/Volunteer form. This form must be completed and signed by a physician and returned to Camp by May 14, 2010.
2010 Camp Ho Mita Koda Staff and Volunteer Application Process for returning staff (individuals who were on Camp’s payroll in 2009):
- Complete a 2010 Camp Staff & Volunteer Application.
- Complete and sign the 2010 Voluntary Disclosure Form.
- Read the Background Screening Instructions and schedule your appointment. Results must be on file at Camp no later than June 4, 2010.

Completed forms should be mailed to Camp’s Administrative Office, c/o Camp Manager, 3601 South Green Rd., Suite 100, Cleveland, OH 44122.
