Summer Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

4 cups small broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 pounds)
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup red onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsalted cashews
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons Splenda
1 tablespoon white vinegar

Instructions:

Combine the first 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients and toss well. Chill for 1 hour.

Makes 8 servings (serving size: about 1 cup)
