The 2007 Bicycle Adventure took place from June 16-23, 2007 and featured the western section of Ohio. The ride began at the Mercer County Fairgrounds in Celina, with overnights in Van Wert, Wapakoneta, Troy, and Versailles. Some of the many attractions featured on this trip include: Grand Lake St. Marys, Wassenberg Art Center, the Van Wert Historial Society, Central Fire Museum, Delphos Canal Museum, Miami-Erie Canal, Neil Armstrong Air & Space Museum, Indian Lake State Park, Bicycle Museum of America, Lockington Locks, Johnston Historic Farm, Greenville's Garst Museum, and other historic sites, covered bridges, and nature areas.

To prepare for the trip, a "Shakedown" or day long practice ride is held on the Towpath Trail at Cuyahoga Valley National Park before the trip begins. The shakedown ride is led by the trip leader, a pediatric endocrinologist.

The fee for the Bicycle Adventure is $275 and includes the GOBA fee, three snacks per day, insulin, syringes, general medical supplies, five Camp Bicycle Adventure t-shirts, and transportation of equipment. Camperships are available for this program.
